Salem to Salem

Today we went to see America’s Stonehenge. It was very interesting. The reviews we read seemed to be divided about it, some really liked it and some thought it was a waste of time. We liked it a lot and found it structurally interesting with very beautiful grounds.

Walking through the grounds Bernie found one arrowhead, a hand tool of some sort, and something that looked like it could have been a hammerhead. She was very excited about her findings, then put them all back, because as the sign says, “Take only pictures, leave only footprints”.

When we left there, we drove from Salem NH to Salem MA, about an hour away.

We headed to the house of Bernie’s brother and brother-in-law. Bernie was so excited to see them and Mar had never met them, so this was a wonderful time for all of us. Sean and Eric surprised us by making us a delicious dinner. Then we shared coffee and dessert, a yummy smores pizza. They lent us some movies, and we went back to Bella for the night.
